Welcome to MatatuAds. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the advertising services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MatatuAds provides offline transit advertising services, placing client advertisements on local matatus/taxis. The specific details, duration, and reach of your campaign will be outlined in the package you select (Starter, Standard, Premium, or Custom).
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate business information and ensuring that any artwork, logos, or brand materials you provide to us do not violate any third-party copyrights or local advertising standards. MatatuAds reserves the right to reject advertising content deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
Payment for all advertising packages must be made as per the agreed schedule before the deployment of the campaign. Prices are listed in UGX/Millions as displayed on our packages page. Payments are non-refundable once the printing and installation processes have begun.
While we strive to ensure maximum visibility, MatatuAds cannot be held liable for external factors affecting campaigns, such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic conditions, or vandalism of ads by third parties. We will, however, take reasonable steps to replace damaged ads based on your package agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts of Kampala, Uganda.
